Description

Package Inclusions:

• Umrah Visa: Hassle-free visa processing with travel insurance.
• Accommodation: Comfortable hotel stays in Makkah and Madinah.
• Transportation: Convenient bus transport between Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah (JED-MAK-MED-MAK-JED).
• Air Ticket: Round-trip air ticket included.

Conditions:

• Child Pricing:
  • Children (2-6 years old) without a bed are charged 75% of the adult fare.
  • Children (6-12 years old) with a bed are charged the full adult fare.
  • Infants (below 2 years) without a bed are charged 50% of the adult fare.
• Visa Processing: Takes 15-20 days, subject to approval from KSA. Visa rejection or cancellation charges are non-refundable.
• Package Exclusions: Ziaraat, meals, and airline tickets are not included in the package cost.
• Self-Accommodation: Strictly prohibited unless approved by Crown Group. Unauthorized self-accommodation will result in charges for the full stay duration.
• Changes in Package: Any modifications to the Makkah or Madinah nights will affect the package price.
• Visa Validity: Visa approval expires after seven days; documents must be provided within this time frame.
• Advance Payment: Complete payment must be made in advance.
• Hotel Voucher: Must be issued 72 hours before flight departure. Incorrect flight details provided by the agent are the agent’s responsibility.
• No Responsibility for Delays: Crown Group is not responsible for any delays or objections in visa processing by the Saudi Embassy.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Visa, transportation, and accommodation charges are non-refundable. Refunds will only apply to vouchers with remarks from our Saudi team.
• Compliance: Pilgrims must return within the time period of their Umrah package to avoid penalties.
• Right to Deny: Crown Group reserves the right to stop any doubtful case at any stage of visa processing.
• Policy Changes: Any changes in Umrah policy by the Saudi Ministry will be effective immediately.
• Required Documents:
  • Original machine-readable passport with 10 months validity.
  • Original CNIC.
  • One passport-sized photograph with a blue background.
  • Children’s Form-B, marriage certificate, FRC (Relationship certificate), or any other relevant document.
  • Approved COVID-19 vaccination certificate (NADRA).
  • Approved vaccinations include Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson.

Documents Required:

• Passport: Original Machine Readable Passport with 10 months of validity.
• CNIC: Original C.N.I.C.
• Photographs: One passport-sized photograph with a blue background.
• Family Documents: Children’s Form-B, marriage certificate, FRC (relationship certificate), or any other relevant document.
• COVID-19 Vaccination: Approved COVID-19 vaccination certificate (NADRA). Accepted vaccines include Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson.
